Durch dichtbewaldete Schluchten und Stromschnellen in einer fast schon Amazonas-anmutigen Landschaft, führt diese fast 60 minütige und unvergessliche Kanufahrt auf dem Pagsanjan Fluss, zu den gleichnahmigen Wasserfällen. Diese tolle Landschaft diente bereits einem berühmten Hollywood-Film als Kulisse - APOCAYPSE NOW von Francis Ford Coppola. Die Wasserfälle sind nur 3 Stunden Busfahrt von Manila entfernt.

This 60 minute long unforgettable canou trip through densely wooded canyons including rapids, in an almost Amazon river-like landscape on the Pagsanjan river, takes you to the same named waterfalls. That amazing landscape has already served as the film location of a famous Hollywood movie: APOCALYPSE NOW, directed by Francis Ford Coppola. Starting off from Manila, going to the waterfalls can be easily done within a one day journey. It's just a 3 hour bus ride away.

Die Bootsführer paddeln und ziehen das Boot durch die Stromschnellen. Aufpassen: Immer schön die Finger im Boot lassen. Sonst drohen Quetschungen durch die Felsen.

The boatsmen paddle and pull the canou safely through the rapids. Mind to keep your fingers within the boat and not at the canou edges to avoid crushes caused by the rocks.

Deutsch:
Die Fahrt (Hin-u.-Zurück + Wasserfälle) dauerte insgesamt 3 Stunden und bezahlt hab ich ca. 30 Euro + Trinkgeld. Es war jeden Cent wert.
